Who Can Request
- Requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Customized jerseys are only eligible if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to Start
- Share your order number and reason for return through our contact page.
- Our team confirms eligibility and pickup details within 24-48 hours.
- Once approved, the return pickup window is shared by email.
Refunds & Replacements
- Exchanges are dispatched after quality check of the returned item.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
- Bank/card timelines may vary based on your provider.
