Who Can Request

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Customized jerseys are only eligible if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Start

  • Share your order number and reason for return through our contact page.
  • Our team confirms eligibility and pickup details within 24-48 hours.
  • Once approved, the return pickup window is shared by email.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Exchanges are dispatched after quality check of the returned item.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Bank/card timelines may vary based on your provider.
