Delivery transparency is important. Here is how shipping and cancellations are handled at THE ASHER STORE.
Shipping
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24-72 hours on business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary by city and courier service coverage.
- Tracking information is shared as soon as the package is handed over.
Cash on Delivery
- COD is available in selected serviceable pin codes.
- Orders can be confirmed by phone for fraud prevention.
- Repeated failed COD deliveries may disable COD for future orders.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and return rules apply.
- Refunds for valid cancellations are issued to the original payment method.
